CTL Mission and Vision

Mission

The mission of CTL advisory is to support innovative professional and personal development of faculty and staff by doing the following:

• Facilitate conversations and meetings
• Provide learning and growth opportunities
• Create cohesion among college departments
• Promote the overall mission and values of the college
• The committee is dedicated to the support and advancement of evidence-based lifelong learning and teaching practices and the professional development of all members of the campus community.

Vision

Our vision is for the CTL to serve as a resource to all members of the college community. The Center will strive to cultivate rich learning experiences that will enhance the professional practice of the college. Our resources will encourage honing best practices in the field, building a stronger community, and engaging students.
