Consultations for Instructors
CTL staff consults with faculty members regarding course development, student engagement, technology integration, pedagogy, assessments, or any questions related to teaching and learning. Online Certification Training
The CTL offers two different online teaching certification courses for faculty. These are open enrollment courses, and must be completed in order to teach online for Kirtland. Please contact email@example.com to enroll or learn more about the training options.

Dave Cable, Director
Center for Teaching and Learning
Dave joined Kirtland Community College in 2015 after spending nine years assisting faculty and students with technology integration at Michigan State University. Before transitioning to MSU he served as an Educational Computer Strategist assistant and taught middle school English in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dave earned his Master’s Degree from MSU in Higher Adult and Lifelong Education (HALE) with a programmatic focus on organization and leadership, educational technology, and teaching and learning.
